A COMPARISON

UWTH
& Reiki

Both work with energy. But the source, the mechanism, and the scope of what each modality can reach are meaningfully different.

A question worth
answering clearly.

Reiki is the most widely known form of energy healing in the West. Many people who come to UWTH have experienced Reiki before, or are curious how the two compare. The question is a good one and deserves a clear answer.

The differences are real, and they matter — not in order to diminish Reiki, which is a legitimate and beneficial practice, but because understanding the distinctions helps you make an informed choice about which approach is right for what you are carrying.

Universal White Time Healing

REIKI

01

Source of energy

Draws from the Well of White Time — an ancient, universal, high-frequency source that exists outside of time and space. The energy flows from an eternal source beyond linear time, untouched by human influence. It is pure, complete, and spans all dimensions simultaneously.

Works with life force energy — known as Ki in Japanese — the energy that flows through all living things. This energy is more focused on natural life force and is more earth-bound in its origin and expression.

02

How the energy travels

The practitioner's energy does not transfer to the client — and vice versa. White Time flows directly from the source through the initiated practitioner as a pure channel. Nothing of the practitioner's own field enters the exchange. This makes it a pure flow that carries no risk of energetic exchange or unintended transfer.

The practitioner acts as conduit — energy passes through their own field to the recipient. This introduces the possibility of energetic exchange between practitioner and client, which, while not inherently harmful, is a meaningful structural difference.

03

Healing approach

A holistic healing system that addresses not only physical symptoms but also emotional, mental, and spiritual dimensions simultaneously. It operates with specific, higher frequencies of energy that work on a deep, often unconscious level — reaching what the conscious mind cannot access or process.

Focuses primarily on balancing and unblocking the flow of energy within the body. It works within the body's existing energetic system, supporting the natural flow of Ki and removing obstacles to healing.

04

Scope of reach

Because White Time exists beyond linear time, it can address patterns that originated in past lives, ancestral lineages, or dimensions beyond the current physical experience. It works across all layers of being simultaneously — physical, emotional, mental, spiritual, and beyond.

Works primarily within the current life experience and the body's present energetic state. It is deeply supportive and beneficial within that scope, but does not typically reach into past-life or multi-dimensional patterns.

"The practitioner's energy does not transfer to the client. What flows is entirely from the source — pure, intelligent, and incapable of causing harm."

This is one of the most significant structural differences between UWTH and other energy healing modalities. Because the energy originates from the Well of White Time rather than through the practitioner's own field, there is no risk of energetic exchange, depletion, or unintended transfer.

The practitioner is an initiated channel, not a source. The energy knows where to go, how much is needed, and what to address.

A NOTE ON SAFETY

An energy that cannot
cause harm by its own nature.

Because White Time is a high-frequency, intelligent energy drawn from a source beyond linear time, it carries an inherent self-correcting quality. It does not override the client's system — it works in resonance with it, offering precisely what is needed and nothing that is not.

This is not a claim made lightly, and it is not unique to AuR'I — it is a foundational principle of the UWTH lineage, borne out consistently in practice.

UWTH is a complementary practice. It does not replace medical or psychological treatment, and it does not diagnose or treat medical conditions. It operates at a different layer — one that supports and enhances whatever other care the client is receiving.
