That said, many people choose to begin with a short series of sessions. This allows the field to settle, deeper layers to reorganise, and the work to integrate more fully over time. A common starting point is three sessions: one to initiate recalibration, one to allow the work to deepen, and one to stabilise and consolidate the changes.
From there, some people return periodically for support or realignment during times of transition, stress, or integration. Others come simply when they feel the need to recalibrate.
The work is never about dependency or ongoing treatment. It’s about meeting the moment you’re in — and responding to what your system is asking for now.

Questions are an essential part of a QHHT session. Before we meet, you’ll be invited to prepare a list of up to ten questions you would genuinely like clarity on — the ones that feel important, persistent, or difficult to answer through reflection alone.
These often include questions about life purpose, recurring patterns, health-related concerns, relationships, significant decisions, or the deeper meaning behind certain experiences. Many people find that what emerges in response is guidance they could not access through thinking, analysis, or external advice.
The session creates a state in which a deeper level of awareness can respond directly to what you ask — offering perspective that is often precise, unexpected, and deeply orienting. While not every question may be addressed in a single session, the answers that do come tend to illuminate what matters most right now.

Yes. QHHT works with a state of consciousness that is deeper than ordinary hypnosis, while still allowing you to remain aware, responsive, and able to speak throughout the session.
You are never unconscious or overwhelmed. You can answer questions, pause, or stop at any time. As the facilitator, I guide the process carefully and will always steer the session away from anything that feels too intense or distressing. The work is held with steadiness and discretion, ensuring that what emerges remains within a comfortable and manageable range.

That’s completely fine — and more common than people expect. Not everyone experiences past lives visually, and vivid imagery is not a requirement for the session to be meaningful or effective.

What matters is not how the information arrives, but whether it brings clarity, context, or relief. The process meets you exactly as you are, without needing you to perform, imagine, or “do it right.”

Preparation is simple. Before your session, you’ll be asked to write down up to ten questions you’d like clarity on — the ones that feel genuinely important, persistent, or unresolved. Beyond that, the most helpful preparation is rest, openness, and allowing yourself not to overthink the experience.
There’s no need to meditate extensively, visualise outcomes, or manage expectations. Arriving rested, curious, and willing to let the process unfold naturally is more than enough.
