UWTH vs REIKI

While both UWTH and Reiki are energy healing practices that aim to promote physical, emotional and spiritual well-being, they differ in several key ways.

SOURCE OF ENERGY

  • UWTH draws from an ancient, universal, high-frequency source- the Well of White Time that is outside time and space.

  • Reiki uses the energy known as “life force energy” or “Ki” in Japanese that flows through all living things. This energy is more focused on natural life force and is more earth bound.

METHOF OF CHANNELLING

  •  In UWTH, the initiated practitioner taps into the UWT energy and channels it to the client. This energy comes directly from the Well of White time – the practitioner’s energy does not transfer to the client and vice-versa. It is a safe and pure flow that can not ever cause harm due to its intelligent and high-frequency nature.

  • Reiki practitioners use hand positions to channel healing energy. The practitioner acts as a channel, passing the energy through their hands to the recipient. There is a risk of energies being exchanged that may not be desirable.

HEALING APPROACH

  • UWTH is a holistic healing system that focuses not only on physical symptoms but also on emotional, mental and spiritual healing. It operates on the belief that there are specific, higher frequencies of energy that work to heal the body and mind on a deep, often unconscious level.

  • Reiki healing focuses primarily on balancing and unblocking the energy flow within the body.
